Shipping policy
We ship to our customers by air freight or sea freight, and the delivery includes DHL, FedEx (and sometimes some other partnered carriers) to ship the goods.
We support shipping by sea and by air.

Hawaii, Alaska & islands: will support in the future

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in China.
*Note 1,If your order requires the entire container to be transported to the port, please contact our customer service, and we will quote manually for you.
*Note 2, For products shipped by air, if the value of length*height*width (cm) is greater than 6000, it will be regarded as a volumetric weight of 1kg, and the maximum value of volumetric weight and real weight will be taken.
*Note 3, Air transportation of refrigerant products will be suspended when airline regulations are relatively strict.
*Note 4, All customized products are dispatched from China factory.
Failed or Missing Delivery:
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (The Pod Company) at the customers expense.
Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered:
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. The shipping company will only mark the package as delivered once they deliver it to the address you provided. If your order is marked as delivered and you didn't receive it, we suggest checking your mailbox, contacting your local post office or calling the delivery company.
Tracking & Estimates:
You'll receive tracking when your order ships out, usually within 2-3 business days after the order is placed (unless it is a pre-order). Please note that we cannot guarantee the delivery date and timeframe, since it's in the hands of the shipping company, the times stated above and at checkout are estimates from the courier itself and based on averages.
